Studying for the big test can feel overwhelming. Don’t stress, use these tips to help you do your best. 

  1. Set small goals. You can finish 10 questions and then take a break, or make a few flash cards to study before you tackle the rest. 
  2. Set a timer. Your brain likes breaks. Set a timer for 20-30 minutes of study time before you give yourself a break or a reward.
  3. Eliminate distractions. Put your phone away and move into a quiet room.
  4. Set a timeline. A little studying each day is more effective than cramming the night before.
